14-Day Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in perfect condition. Items showing signs of use, washing, wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

To request a return, email care@linenandloaf.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending your item.

Once your return is approved, Linen & Loaf will provide a return shipping label. For ordinary returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the approved refund.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We may request clear photographs or video of the item, packaging, and shipping box so that we can assess the issue. When damage or an incorrect item is confirmed, Linen & Loaf will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds, less any applicable return-label cost, will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
