The Signature Bread Knife

Shop the Knife

Washing

Hand wash only. The knife is not dishwasher safe. Dishwasher heat and detergent can damage the blade’s finish and the natural wood handle over time.

Drying & Storage

Dry immediately after washing to preserve the blade, wood, and horn. Store in its presentation box or a knife sheath to protect the serrated edge.

The Edge

VG10 steel holds its edge exceptionally well. Sharpen only when needed; unnecessary sharpening removes steel over time.

Turn the bag inside out and wipe the moisture-regulating lining with a lightly damp cloth. Allow it to air dry completely before putting it away.
